In The Moment

Every day we spend countless hours reflecting on all the things we’ve done in our past or plan to do in our future. Sometimes we reflect warmly on memories or anticipate with a sense of hope. Yet we often end up worried or anxious over things that did or didn’t happen, or things that can’t or won’t. Is it just our lot to obsess over the things we cannot control? Khalil Gibran - "Yesterday is but today's memory, and tomorrow is today's dream.
