Beginning’s End

A young woman strolls through the rain. She seeks the home of a new friend, one she met at the market. The night is dark and a shiver runs the length of her spine. Though she hates to admit it she is lost. She sees movement and light through the pane in a door. Should she stop and ask for help? Perhaps it’s better to turn back. She reaches to knock. Does the way forward lie within, or has her journey just taken an unexpected turn?
We like the implied sense of hope and optimism Seneca referred to as he spoke of beginnings and endings in this quote…

A quote by Lucius Annaeus Seneca: "Every new beginning comes from some other new beginning's end."
